Google's website warning's

The other day,I happened to click on a google search result link for a site called Asta-Killer,which is a site for cracks,serials etc .Clicking the link took me to a warning message from google about the 'malicious' nature of ths site .. Google would still let me procced to that site if I wanted.

This is good,considering that these crack sites are a source of virus/malware programs that are downloaded in the background without the knowledge of users.However,this message didnt appear for most other crack sites ,notably Astalavista.
